How to Register

1 Create an Account

Start by downloading the Paw Partner App from either Apple's App Store or Google Play Store (it's free!). Then create your Paw Partner account.

Complete Your Information

2 Fill in all of your information thoroughly, such as contact information, address, and emergency contact.

3 Complete Your Dog's Profile

Tell us about your dog so we can take the best care of them at
Spot On Pet Lodge & Spa!

4 Select Spot On Pet Lodge & Spa

Select Spot On Pet Lodge & Spa from the list of available locations.

Make a Reservation

5 After you've successfully created an account with both your information and your dog's information filled out entirely, it's time to click the "Make a Reservation" button.

Choose a Reservation

6 If you have multiple pets, choose which one (or both) you'd like to make a reservation for, then tell us the details of your reservation.

Upload Vaccination Records

7 We require all pets to be up-to-date on vaccinations before staying with us. Upload your documents through the app or on the Paw Partner website.

Pamper Your Pup

8 Let us know if you would like any additional services for your pup during their stay, such as grooming services or a peaceful walk around the farm.

9 After you complete your reservation details, Spot On Pet Lodge & Spa will contact you through the app and via email to confirm your reservation. You can check the status of your reservation in the app.
